Expect a phone call within 24 hours from Jason Hoskins, my home loan approval specialist, after completing steps 1 and 2. At that time, Jason will complete your loan application and set-up your mortgage refinance planning meeting with me!

The "All About YOU" Mortgage Refinance Planning Meeting

Our meeting together (call, zoom, or in-person) will be one of the most valuable financial meetings of your life. We will review your loan approval and loan options to ensure they are in-line with your housing budget; and most importantly, present a strategy to help you SAVE money both in the short-term and long-term!

Our "All About You" mortgage refinance planning meeting looks like this:

1. Review your refinance goals (reduce term, reduce rate, reduce debt, remove PMI...).
2. Review the market, your market, approval, and timing to build a winning savings strategy.
3. Identify your "strike rate" - the optimal rate to lock your loan at.
4. Post closing strategy to maximize savings to empower your financial plan for retirement.

In my opinion, my most valuable role as your mortgage professional is my unique on-going mortgage management process that takes place after we fund your home loan! This is where you get access to my professional vendor network and resources to help you come out the other side of your mortgage in a better financial position from where you started! After your loan approval, strategy and funding, you will receive a monthly gift of knowledge from me in the form of a software I love and personally use on my home called HomeBot. Think of this as a monthly home equity and mortgage statement that helps you manage your home's equity over time!

Also, you'll receive another gift from me called HouseHappy. Another piece of tech that helps you manage your homeownership journey from taking better care of your home, to fixing certain issues that arise to financing and contractor referrals when needed!
