THE PRE-APPROVAL SPECIALIST CALL
Expect a phone call within 24-hours from Jason Hoskins, my pre-approval specialist, after completing steps 1 and 2. At that time, Jason will complete your application and set-up your mortgage planning meeting with me!
Our meeting together (call, zoom, or in-person) will be one of the most valuable meetings you'll have with a professional. We will review your credit, loan options, dial-in your budget, and present a strategy to help you win the offer on the house you want! Within the process, you'll be introduced to the 6 Steps To Financial Freedom (www.mymortgageguydan.com/budgetwithdan), my Happy Homeowner Podcast, and my Weekly Making Cents of YOUR Market videos I make for you!
