Washington House Key State Bond Program 2011 Homebuyer Classes (Demo)

We worked hard in 2010 to provide a higher standard of homebuyer education for first time homebuyers.  Under the umbrella of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, we teach homebuyer education for homebuyers to receive the state bond certificate after the seminar, but we take the mentality that if you have to attend a 5-hour course to receive the certificate, then we may as well make the 5-hours worth the time.  The Washington House Key State Bond Program is designed to give first time homebuyers up to $10,000 toward the down payment on their new home purchase. Click this link for more information on the House Key State Bond Program.

We bring in a panel of industry experts such a the CEO of a local Mortgage Bank, Broker/Owner of local John L. Scott Real Estate Office, Home Inspector, Escrow Agent, and a Home Owner’s Insurance agent.  The purpose of this panel is to illustrate the processes that our team strategically facilitates to ensure a perfect home buying experience.

Once monthly we host our FREE Seattle area homebuyer education course at the New Tulalip Casino & Resort in their Evergreen Conference Room.  We cater the event, coffee, juice, tea, fruit, energy bars and snacks are provided throughout the entire day.  We talk a lot about the variety of mortgage financing available including the Washington State USDA Rural Development Zero Down Home Loan, Snohomish County VA Home Loans, King County VA Mortgages, King County FHA, and the Fannie Mae HomePath Mortgage Program.
