WASHINGTON VA LOAN LIMITS
Although VA guaranteed mortgages do not have maximum dollar amounts, lenders who sale their VA mortgages on the secondary market must limit the size of those loans to the max limit prescribed by GNMA (Ginnie Mae). For example, in King County, the VA lending limit is $726,525. In Kitsap County, the VA limit is only $484,350. However, you can exceed the max loan limit, and I explain in a separate article found here Washington Jumbo VA Mortgages.
